1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MDI Service Mogul App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Super Admins have full control over the platform, including user role management and data oversight.

Office Managers can add, assign and manage technicians, customers and service work orders.

Technicians can receive and complete service work orders, update job statuses and communicate with customers.

Customers can request services, track work order progress and manage their service history.

Office Managers create and assign work orders based on technician availability, skills and location.

Technicians must accept assigned jobs and provide real-time updates on job progress.

Customers receive notifications regarding technician assignment, estimated time of arrival (ETA) and service completion.

Customers are required to pay for services through integrated payment gateways.

Invoices are generated based on completed work, including additional parts and labor costs.

Not-To-Exceed (NTE) work orders require customer approval before exceeding the predefined cost limit.

Customers receive automated notifications for job confirmations, updates and reminders.

Technicians and Office Managers can communicate with customers regarding service-related queries.

All communications within the App are recorded for quality assurance.

The App implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

Payment details are encrypted and accessible only to authorized management personnel.

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Unauthorized access, data scraping, or reverse engineering of the App is strictly prohibited.

Super Admin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

The service provider is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or errors in service delivery due to third-party dependencies.

Users are responsible for ensuring accurate information when using the App.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Users will be notified of significant changes to the Terms and Conditions.
